Supporters Trust Membership Renewal 2012/2013
NewsHello all,

Apologies for the delay but letters have been posted today to all members with a renewal slip attached.

As previously stated we are proposing that all existing members can renew for this year for FREE but we do need you to either return the slip attached to your letter or to email us at wtsupporterstrust@aol.com
If emailing please include your Certificate number (you will find it printed on the return slip on your letter)

New members can get a Membership form by emailing wtsupporterstrust@aol.com and the cost is just £5 for Adults and £1 for Under-16's.

Please do renew or join up if not already a member. A strong and well supported Trust is essential. The bigger the Trust the louder voice we have with the Club with whom we have an excellent working relationship.

As well as discounted admission to Forums etc. members will receive the benefit of discounted match day presale tickets for Super League 2013 (it was £18.00 for SL 2012) so it will be very easy to get back the £5.00 membership fee.

Supporters Trust Membership 2012/2013
NewsThe Supporters Trust is approaching its year end (31st August) and therefore memberships will expire at the end of this month. We are mindful that in our first 18 months members have not received any tangible benefits and therefore the Board has decided that existing members will be able to renew their membership for 2012/2013 at no cost. Members will however have to complete a Membership Application Form otherwise it will be deemed that their membership has lapsed.

The fee for new members for 2012/2013 (1st September 2012 to 31st August 2013) will be £5.00. As well as discounted admission to Forums etc. members will receive the benefit of discounted match day presale tickets for Super League 2013 (it was £18.00 for SL 2012) so it will be very easy to get back the £5.00 membership fee.

A strong and well supported Trust is essential. The bigger the Trust the louder voice we have with the Club with whom we have an excellent working relationship. Whilst everything is going great with the Club since Andrew Glover took over his stewardship, and long may it continue, you only have to cast your minds back a couple of years and also look at the situation at Bradford. Heaven forbid we find ourselves back in those dark days but if we are unfortunate to do so a strong and vibrant Trust may well be required to support the new Club or even ensure its continuation. Also a strong and well supported Trust is better placed to support Andrew Glover and James Elston in their aim of making this Club great again.

We therefore urge existing members to renew their membership (remember at no cost) and if you are not a member ask that you seriously consider joining the Trust for the relatively small cost of £5.00.

Existing members will receive a Renewal Form along with a Newsletter in the next few weeks and prospective new members will be able to download a form shortly from this web site at http://www.wtsupporterstrust.co.uk or by e-mailing us at wtsupporterstrust@aol.com

Newmarket Celebration Event
Details for the Newmarket Celebration Event have now been finalised.

It will be a Curry & Comedy Evening and will be held on Thursday 19th July in Cats Bar commencing at 7.30pm. The format of the event will be:

? Forum/Q & A ? Nothing too detailed, just next steps etc.
? Curry (Chicken and Vegetable curries and sundries)
? Comedian ? Pete Emmett

Tickets will cost ?10 for Supporters Trust Members and ?15 for Non-Members.

All profits from the event will be donated to the Wildcats Community Trust to support the excellent work they do.

A raffle will be held on the evening to raise funds for the Wildcats Community Trust and anyone who would kindly like to donate a prize please contact any Supporters Trust Board Member, e-mail us wtsupporterstrust@aol.com.

The aim of the evening is for us to celebrate the progress that has been made towards achieving the goal of a new stadium, thank those involved in the process but most of all to have a bit of fun after all the trauma and stress we as Supporters of this great Club have been through over the last few years.

Put the date in your diaries and further details and where to obtain tickets will follow shortly.
Planning approved at last!
NewsToday Eric Pickles has issued his report recommending that planning permission for the Newmarket development, and the new home of Wakefield Trinity, be passed.
There is still a long way to go but this is a massive hurdle cleared out of the way and the Supporters Trust are very excited about the future of this great club.

A Celebration event in the form of a Q&A session on the next steps followed by a meal and then a comedian is being planned for the very near future (we are just finalising details).
Keep your eyes on here, the Facebook site, Twitter for further details very shortly.
