I don't know about anyone else, but I am fast becoming disillusioned with Rugby League in general, and with the club as well.

It is becoming so obvious, even to people outside the sport, that the governing body is on a mission to make it a limited team game that they have done all but admit their error in allowing an inadequate team into SL in the name of expansion. It hasn't worked. No-one outside of RL can believe we've allowed the abolition of promotion and relegation. It's now a case of who dances the best to the RFL's fiddle in search of a SL franchise. Supposedly, it's for the good of the game. The disciplinary committee is a joke. How can someone get a 1 match ban for a high shot, yet 2 players from a certain team commit acts of what would be classed as assault off a field of play get away with smacked hands?

I am getting fed up with certain sections of the crowd that are not only becoming more foul and abusive, but are now beginning to show a violent element amongst them. This has gradually got worse since lasr season and it seems that little or nothing is being done about it. Is it the job of the stadium company to police this, or should the club act on it? It needs sorting now before Halifax get the reputation of a certain E. Yorks. club used to have. It's becoming embarassing having these 'fans' at our club. I take my young daughter to the games, and it may be time to move away from these idiots, or just stop going altogether. I won't post my opinions on here regarding the latest lack-lustre performances on-field, as the team should know how good/bad they've done themselves.

Agree with everything you say James. The RFL only care about SL and expansion. The problems in the game are ignored. The game has lost its spirit and its soul to Sky and the money men

As for Fax well every week now we here that certain idiots are causing trouble yet the club and the Stewards who must know that there is a problem do seemingly nothing. The club needs to get tough on these idiots as its ruining it for the rest.

As for the team. You hear many rumours about drink etc. I just ask the Coach and players to set a good example and put 100% in. At the moment I do not feel thats happening

At the start of the season i'd have been more than happy with our current position. It's tougher at the top and you have to have a champion side to stay there. Time will tell. As for the RFL and the game as a whole, would we be saying all this if we were flying high in Super league? I don't think we would.

Little Rich-The game is flawed. The way Championship clubs are left to die while Celtic and Quins are helped as much as possible stinks. I care about the game as a whole more than being a fax Fan. However the game jumps when Sky says. Sky wants us to expand then we must expand at any price. Clubs have different rules depending on who they are. That for me is a disgrace. Why should Leigh or Batley struggle to get an overseas player be relegated and Gateshead Thunder are allowed 4 or 5 Aussies?

.................but why were none of these comments made in April/May when we were flying high? I'm not necessarily disagreeing with you but it's odd how these threads appear when Fax are on a downer.

Think you find that I have constantly criticized the RFL especialy with Celtic how they do things and why the like of Doncaster etc are left more or less to hope and pray.

Simple analogy , all the clubs outside SL are in the same boat

Unfortunatley it is sinking , and all the RFL are doing is chucking a couple of lifejackets into it for us to fight over

What is needed is for all the clubs in the boat to start to work together to bail it out and fix it

But we are all to busy fighting each other for the lifejacket , and the RFL know this and are happy with it

Clubs outside the top league (save for the yo-yo clubs of old) have always been in this boat. Unfortunately it's survival of the fittest. (apart from the obvious leg-ups). That's sport for ya.
