We are pretty much half way through the season and in my opinion Ian Millward has had more than a fair chance to make his mark on the way Cas play their game. I don't know how others feel about it, however so far he's done nothing to impress me.

So the question is....what has Millward brought to our game?

As for Millward: he's brought about a massive embarrassment to the club; poor signings, defence has got even worse and the attack has vanished.

The club need to get rid first thing tomorrow morning.

Think cas looked really lost today without chase or Orr however credit to the fans that turned up and braved the cold in the south stand. Rovers played well today however cas were pretty poor by cas standards it does show a couple of key players out what it does to a team. Good luck for rest of the season.

I feel sorry for Millward, apart from the obvious reason. BUT I agree, his signings have been dissapointing, when he signed Stephen Nash from us (Leigh) I was surprised, Ste is a good 'championship' player, but he doesn't ADD anything to your squad, subs bench at best. Ian's team's have always been 'we will try and score more than the other team', but at the moment, it's not 'classy Cas' at all is it ?
You guy's were so unlucky not to get to the Challenge Cup final last season, so to see you lot struggling like you are, 'stuck in the bottom 5' in SL is a little weird.
Think Ian needs to have a break from the game, and Cas need to look for a new coach.
I know there is no relegation, BUT Cas are not Salford/Wakefield/London/Widnes....I would expect a cup run and the play-offs at least.
Anyway, hope things 'improve' for you, but a change is needed.

From what iv heard it isn't the coach you want rid of it some of your players

Millward has tried to make your club more professional on and off the field with the players but they don't like it The problem is if the coach hasn't got the money to replace them what can he do and if players are still under contract on good money he's stuck with what he has got The thing is at all clubs it's the coach who gets the chop. I think if Cas stick with him get rid of the players that don't do as there told and he brings his own players in next year you will be back in the play offs
