Wasps would have been mad to release him anyway. Loaning him back to Leeds, Rugby league, would be like giving up on him in Union.

Dont follow yawnion so Im not sure if he is a first team regular, but what I do know is that Tykes are in a relagation battle, there cause is greater than ours.

Look fellas. Leeds have one of their own 'on loan' and can't afford to bring him back because of salary cap issues.

Just hope we get some of the walking wounded back sooner rather than later and don't pick up any more serious injuries in the meantime.

He's doing OK for Carnegie actually, certainly last time I saw them play he was pretty good.

But yeh, unlikely he'll be switched over as like you say, he's needed to keep them up.

Why is it?

Quite apart from the Tykes need being greater than ours, Fa'afili was no great loss to the league game and the way he left was pretty underhand, IIRC.

He's a proven try scorer though in his time in SL. Out and out finisher. Just think what could have been if we'd have had that in the WCC.
