Interesting.

We'll be gearing up for the WCC, and Hull will want to make a good impression given their outlay on players. Plus, when they beat us for the first time in ten attempts last year, they somehow thought that it meant they were any good. I'm sure they'd love to feel like that again. Castleford will be the same as it is most years, I hope. Nice train ride, few beers, hammer 'em, come home.

When's Catalan away?

Catalan will be away more or less every other week, barring occasional rearrangements and knock-out competitions.

I'm already looking forward to my favorite away game of the season which is Catalan away, when Biff and the boys get their yearly pass from the girls to make the 5 day trip

I am waiting to see if I can get two home games in two weeks ,or maybe a home game and a home cc game.Then I'll book my trip

I hope it's around the Wigan game.

It was also seem that Leeds no longer have the free pass at Magic Weekend.

Whipping boy SL rabble



The only interest I have in the announcement of the 27 meaningless rounds of regular season fixtures is in working out which 11 games Leeds will lose (some deliberately) in order to finish 5th.

I expect them to lose 5 out 6 against the triumvirate of Warrington, Wigan and St Helens. That means they'll require 6 strategically deliberate losses against whipping boy SL rabble. Shouldn't be a problem as they've managed that feat for the past two seasons.

If they can deliberately lose during the Tragic Weekend in Manchester, it might make their job of finishing 5th a little easier than it has done previously. They've not quite managed a Tragic Weekend defeat yet, though it's not for the want of trying.
