Friday we play Hull FC, without Briscoe, Moon, Hall, Cuthbertson, Ward, Keinhorst, Achurch, Walters, Ferres. Delaney has an outside chance but it doesn't sound too likely he will play.

Time to cut your losses on Briscoe.

He's like Jonny Lomax at saints. Constantly injured so it means that you are effectively operating on a lower salary cap than other super league clubs.

Cuthbertson and Moon have A CHANCE for next week. So does Delaney but with him that has to be taken with a pinch of salt.

FWIW, McDermott said in his post game interview that Delaney was the only one even slightly likelt to be back next week.

McDermott stated that Moon a few weeks and cuthbertson has a torn bicep so a few weeks. Only Delaney has a chance to return on Friday.

He will play Cuthbertson and Delaney regardless. He is a desperate man.

I would agree - he will play players that should not be playing because the next three games decide the season lose all three and the top 8 is out reach and with it his job.

We are planning now for the middle eights and a run in the Challenge Cup.
Retaining the cup at Wembley will save the season and cover some enormous cracks that really need addressing.

They need a lucky draw - an away game at either Wigan or Warrington and the season is over

We need a few lucky draws to be honest, being paired with any SL team home or away will be a mountain to climb on current performances. Can you get to Wembley without facing SL opposition?
