| Shouldn't Scott Moore now be classed as a St Helens player?
Other than that rhetorical question, I have no problems at all with the lineup although why McGuire is in there I do not know. Don't we have someone better? I have no idea what the fuss is about him.
I'd love to see Eastmond, Myler, Moore and Tomkins get some real playing time just to see what they can do and also to provide them with an opportunity to play against the best in the world.

McGuire was one of our better players in the World Cup. I'm happy with the selections because they appear to be based on form. I question a few but Tony Smith is doing what people wanted him to do and that's try something different.

Eastmond and Tompkins for 6 & 7 IMHO, Myler is a very watered down version of either, and the worst defender in SL. McGuire to fill in short term until the boy's are good enough to take on the job fully

| Chris Bridge and Paul Sykes are laughable choices.
Aprt from that, it's not a bad squad and the inclusions of some of the younger players is refreshing. Eastmond, Myler, Moore, Shenton, Hall and Tomkins in particular are exciting choices.
I still can't see anybody but the Aussies winning though, their backline is scary.

| IMO I'd love to see
Shaun Briscoe (Hull Kingston Rovers)
Ryan Hall (Leeds)
Michael Shenton (Castleford)
Kyle Eastmond (St Helens)
Lee Smith (Leeds)
Sam Tomkins (Wigan)
Richard Myler (Salford)
Jamie Peacock (Leeds, captain)
Scott Moore (Huddersfield)
Adrian Morley (Warrington)
Sam Burgess (Bradford)
Gareth Ellis (Wests Tigers)
Kevin Sinfield (Leeds)
Garreth Carvell (Warrington)
James Graham (St Helens)
Sean O'Loughlin (Wigan)
James Roby (St Helens)
Young, fresh and pacey back-line with a experienced and brutal pack and forward line!

I'd have chosen neither of them to be honest. I'd have picked Clough.

IMO I don't think clough will ever play for England but he will be very good club player for saints.
I know people on here say I've a problem with wilkin but if you check my posts i've always been honest about him and give him a lot of praise when he's played well.
Il be honest again now about wilkin that he should not be in the England squad on this seasons form.
He's played well twice all year!
At least pryce had a good 2 month at start of the year and he didnt get picked yet wilkin had 2 good games and got in.

I agree really. Wilkin has the tools to do very well, but he is just too inconsistent. I am interested in beefing the pack up and I think playing Soliola, Tony P and Meli in the pack could see us bringing some more free-flowing rugby. Doubt it'd happen though, as Flanno and Wilkin would be out of place.
