Yeah that was a great moment, he took some stopping. He also had a great game in defence. I think he's found his best position now without question. That catch in the in goal was good too, the Platt of old may have dropped that.

Great drive if so. I also enjoyed Scruton's hit on Mathers, he read the play really well and smashed him good and proper

No Macbull that was Fozzard who came in late. I saw Mathers running then next thing I saw was Scrutons shoulder lol. Mathers soon hit the deck, cany believe Platt flattened a prop whilst he had the ball :O

played at fullback maybe but i think he took more stick than was deserved. nobody played particularly well under macca...he was a bad coach and got nothing (most of the time) out of the players.
