Of course Nobby is the number one candidate [iideally[/i. How realistic is it though? There is still bad feeling between him and those who shoved him out of the door to Wigan isn't there...?

Some up and coming young Aussie who can turn us from being a medicre team into champions quite literally the minute he steps off of the plane please.

I'm not a believer in the theory that if Nobby comes back we'll somehow re-capture some of the success we had before. The club is a very different place now and I'm not convinced he's the person to get us back to the top.

Not sure anyone British coach is up to the task - especially if, as we're led to believe, Macca is the top coach in our game. There must be a reason why Aussies seem to be able to come over and be so successful; whether it's a mindset, coaching methods, new tactics and ideas... maybe the British game is just stale? I wish it wasn't the case but I've seen little to prove otherwise.
