When are the RFL going to put a stop to people tackling Brent Webb?

It's completely unacceptable and Brent is getting really annoyed that he is having to let everybody know that tackling is not something he going to put up with everytime it happens.

Maybe he's just peeved with thugs like Westwood shoving the elbow in? Hmm?

Especially if youre someone with an over sized chin trying to ram your shoulder into his windpipe.

Or...perhaps Westwood is just a thug? Oh yeah, everyone outside of Warrington already knows that don't they.

Webb is far from perfect, niggly and has a poor attitude at times, but most players would swing out in that situation.

Was Westwood playing for Manly as well as Warrington?

You never mentioned Manly, but chose to post a thread about it a few weeks after the game also straight after Leeds were just on the tv, and yet seemed surprised people would assume you were talking about the game a couple of hours ago.

Did you know that Westwood hits Webb in every tackle in every game he plays against us...that's why Webb lashes out in some way in EVERY tackle in EVERY match against us. Any other teams have that problem? Is suspect they do.

Webb = one unhappy bunny at being tackled.

He thinks he is soooo good that no one is actually skilled enough to tackle him fairly...so every time he is tackled Webb thinks some foul play must be happening....and so he lashes out like some petulant child...or as I like to say "like a Tw@."

Its very tiresome.

He's a dirty, cocky, arrogant little turd with an extremely short fuse who kicks out in the tackle then whinges at the ref for not penalising the opposition for having the audacity to tackle him. Big fish in small pond syndrome.

He wasn't like that in the NRL probably because there were 20+ full backs in that competition who were superior to him.

He was tackled about 3 metres off Leeds' line at one point in the 2nd half - there was no issue, the tackler slowed it a little but it certainly wasn't as slow as many tackles in the game. Yet Webb did his old, "stare at the ref, mouth at the ref, shake his head, wave his arms and stomp off like a royal brat" act.

Can't stand him. Was a talented full-back in his day but has lost the edge that made him good. Not sure who obtained it first, but he and McGuire seem to have developed the same cocky, petulant attitude and if I was Ben Westwood with the chance to give him a smack, I'd take it.

Webb yeah, it's clear to see, it's irritating to watch.

But McGuire? Seriously???
