No gloating from me just a little relief on result.the loser of this game suddenly sees 3rd place and safety as probably hard to reach and a home tie in mpg as next target.salford on paper look excellent but looked lazy attitude wise tonight.cant see the good doctor taking that performance well?

This years middle eights is proving highly entertaining for me so far.

Last season Wakefield proved they were the worst S.L. side by losing to all the other three S.L. teams, but this year I don't (as yet) see another Wakefield.

Also this year Leigh appear to be stronger than Bradford were last year.

I imagine Leeds will breeze through, but I also thought Salford would have too much firepower, is the Dr's threat to walk away having an effect on the team, because that team is better than that.

Every game featuring an SL team is now massive. Lot more interesting than the Super 8s this year.

salford must be favourites for the million pound game now, if leigh can get another win against a SL team then its possible we will finally see a SL team relegated

the kr v hudds game could be the decider who plays salford

Got a feeling the MPG will be decided by then, so long as we win against the three championship teams and Leeds turn Hudds and Salford over we won't feature in it.

It certainly is getting interesting, if we lose to Batley on sunday then the cat really is amongst the pigeons!

I would hope that the Red Devils avoid the drop.

IF Leigh can gain another SL scalp, the MPG could feature 2 SL sides.
The pressure is really of for Huddersfield and unless Salford can pull a rabbit from a hat, the best they can hope for is the MPG.

Have to say, I thought that Salford were better than they are showing.
