To be honest I agree with them. I'm sure this de-register when injured, and re-register when fit is not in the spirit of the game.
However there may be salary cap issues, as I assumed Dobson would still be paid whilst de-registered, or is this a loophole?

Dobson was always going to be re-registered so I dont know what the issue is.

As far as I understood the Dobson situation, when he was de-registered he was also deemed to be off-contract (this was what it said in League Express anyway).

If Mason is therefore in the same situation, surely he could just walk away to RU and HKR will get nothing for him ?
