How the fluff has Joel Monaghan made the list?

This can't be anything official. Sinfield gets a golden boot nomination but can't make that list burgess played about 18 games.

What was the methodology used for this list?

I doubt it was very robust!

Probably similar to the one used by commentators on here about the salary cap:

1) Brandish thumb
2) Lick briefly
3) Place in prevailing wind
4) Elucidate facts which ensue
