Staying in central london for 2 nights.Just wandering where everybody is goin friday night

I'm just a 15min tube from the centre would be interesting to know where the masses will meet up

St. James tavern on shaftsbury avenue, nr. piccadilly circus/soho is always a good place to find wiganers. As is Covent garden on the Sunday lunchtime.

I'm not a goon, but I'd be pleased to chat to any of you that find your way to Camden on Friday afternoon / night - does anyone know that area at all ?

For the record, and a quick education for you.

The term "Goon" eminated from the fans of our great rivals here in Wigan, namely Wigan Athletic aka Wigan Pathetic when their following included a gang of marauding oafs entitled "The Goon Squad".

Ergo, if you are singling out Wigan RL fans as "Goons" you are not only way off the mark but also labelling them with the tag of their town rivals.

Of course, I could be wrong and you are merely stating that you are not a fan of Arsenal whose fans are similarly named Gooners.
