On current form and on paper it appears to be a Saints win all the way and that is the way my head feels too. However I have a gut instinct that we are going to snatch this one then the league will start taking notice of us again.

Even 2 of the 4 on the Proper Sport RL show last night tipped us to win.

Another close game I feel, and another to look forward to.

My heart sees a Wakey win, but given the way Saints are playing, my head is saying a Saints win. Apologies if that sounds negative.

However, surely,sooner or later, we are bound to win one of these tight games. Hopefully, it will be this week.

England will be back for Saints, not sure about big Dave? Hopefully both to return? That would give us a good lift and a bit more grunt.

I think the big fella is due back until after this one.

He still looks to be in Aus on his Instagram, I wouldn't expect him to play. We've definitely improved in the attacking sense, I was told on here nobody would put 40 on Leeds this season... well we came pretty god damn close, you won't often put 26 points on a team and lose the game.

Step up in defence, cut out the silly errors and I can see a win.

Hudds - 28 - 40 Castleford
Catalans 23 - 32 Wigan

Last week we put 26 past Hull and lost.

The week before we put 24 on Warrington and lost.

So "You wont often put 26 points on a team and lose the game" is no valid point really.

3 more tries to reach 40 isn't close. I'd suggest you could take 10/12 points off each teams score if it was played another week and not just after the Easter double header.

So two of your games Catalans and Warrington were both below 26 points so are irrelevant... I do appreciate that it has happened twice this weekend but how many other rounds of super league have there been Homme Vaste? Ever? I would say there have been more games won when scoring 26 points than lost when scoring 26 points.

It's more than half of 40, 14 points I can appreciate is 3 tries or 2 and a conversion but the point I was trying to make was I think we played better than a lot of other teams would have done in that fixture.

Thought I'd read he would be back for the start of next month.
