I agree. It will be interesting to see if anything happens if they are breaking the salary cap and get found out. According to the RFL's rules they would be banned from entering a license application but I think the RFL do want a Cumbrian team in SL.

As for Smithy's signing, Ellis will be on a few bucks and apparently Lulesi (sp) is off to Quins as well. That should free up some space.
