Lack of signings / addo injury? In my many years I can't remeber a more underwhelming pre season, most teams done good business other than us, we only just beat the dullers u20 team, or is it my old age

Try the season we went down didn't Huddersfield beat us 40-0 at home before everyone was sent on a jolly all over the country what is it actually you want from a pre season

Aye i remeber it well, but we're on the back of promotion few decent signings wouldn't go a miss and I wish the derby wasn't played in a pre season it's completely pointless just causes injures

It is pointless but any game can cause injuries

We have had better players get injured in preseason so it happens that’s life

Short memories or post-2007 fans? Pre-season circa 1997 usually involved frantic attempts to sign 17 players before the 1st fixture.

This is a cake walk in comparison.

I think people are expecting a signing a week like last season forgetting that we lost half the team last year for once we aren't trying to bed in 10 new players we are at least going in with a settled team with no nob heads spitting there dummy out

Lets be honest, if you put a deliberately untrue and misinformed post about this been the worst preseason ever did you expect no reaction?

I can think if 1 in the last 2 years that outstripped this one ten fold. Operating on Lunt a week before kick off, relying on a crocked Campo and a half cut Kelly, sending the lads doing bob a job instead of training now that was a bad pre-season
