yep, sorry to say it as think Terry has done a good job with the constraints he has to work with but I also think he has come to the end of his shelf life at Cas.

Although some of the players need to take a long hard look at themselves.

Club needs a shake up and fast as I fear for us I really do.

As much as it pains me to say it, I hope you do get a decent coach. You've got some cracking young players at the club. It wpould be a shame if they don't realise thier full potential.

He should do the honorable thing and resign.

the board clearly havnt backed him with squad strengthening have they?
so imo they should either back him or sack him,and pay him off!
the players are clearly showing total dis-respect to the club and coach by spending their preparation time before important games in the pub,the club is in a total mess,should these guilty players all be sacked?

... Which they can only do so in LS6

Why should our players want to play for Leeds Carnegie or Yorkshire CCCC???

The reason Cas are on the slippery road is not wholly down to Matterson it
goes higher than that I can assure you. The book stops with Richard Wright
he will kill the club if he stays, the man is a tool and squeezing a fat salary
out of the budget for players.

it's a real shame but I get the feeling joe westerman won't be with us next season. I know he's got a few years to go on his contract but when he walked down the restraunt stairs after game, he just stood there shaking his head at the group of fans. He then walked through them as quick as he could and when I shook his hand and said well played he didn't seem interested in the slightest. He really wasn't happy. But why should he be. Our young lads (Thompson arundel and holmes) were by far some of our best players 2day. The only reason they were given a chance by matterson was because of the injury list. Thompson should remain at full back. Looks confident under a high ball, tackles and is a hard strong runner.

Terry is staying , sorry look further than the gloss n spin that Mr wright puts on things there is a different agenda .
if i had to put money on a chairman who would sell out the club then he is the one.
