Seems everytime it gets tough in games he crumbles. Teams now know just to hurt him and he'll be going off. Its a shame because the lad was having an awesome season till he got injured.

If Steve Mac keeps to what he said on Boot ' n ' All, saying he wont take half injured players, then Eastmond will have the off season to get himself right. He need to be patient because he's still young and there will be plenty of chances to play in the four nations.

He shouldn't play next week, he needs time to recover. I really feel for the lad, you could see he was devastated.

While I understand what you say, in reality his devastation isn't important. The team is important. Not only should he never have put up his hand to play, Potter should never have chosen him. We had an injured player on the pitch for 60 minutes but we also had changes in our lineup that we really didn't need in a playoff match. Both were serious issues that Cunningham put right.

With Kyle, your heart is in your mouth time he gets tackled or makes a tackle. It's like you expect him to get up limping.

I would have gone along with his choice. If he's fit then he plays.

I wouldn't have picked him to be honest, even if he was fit, i don't think he and smith would work together at halfback, both like to be the main man and it just didn't work while kyle was on the pitch.

It was like nobody wanted to stand on the others toes so nobody took charge.

I wouldn't pick kyle again until next year.
