If we do get a new coach which i doubt we will, it would probably be Gary Thornton sacked from Batley.

We need a complete shake up, Coach assistants, trainers and everything. we need a Coach who will command respect and try different things. A Coach who will pick players on form and who will give the young lads a chance to prove themselves. We need Coach who will attract quality players. We need a Coach who will bring with him the quality staff he needs to back him up. Not much to work on there really!.........Ah well we can but hope.....

We`ve already got one..macca has said he will only pick players on form and 100% fit this season!!!! ermm yeah ok macca whatever. |

That would be as bad as having someone on the staff who wasn't even good enough to coach Queensbury. Oh hang on.... |

as someones already said don't think jimmys ready to stand on his own as a head coach yet. Think maccas totally lost the dressing room now and has to go along with his entire backroom staff with the exception of medley.
I'd be tempted to appoint lowes as head coach with medley stepping upto assistant and morrison also acting as assistant but with someone like millward as director of rugby to support jimmy for first couple of years. Which in hindsight is maybe the route we should have taken with macca.

thats the big problem everyones ignoring - its great saying macca has to go but we can't afford to pay him and his staff off and then employ someone else - perfect catch 22 situation. Realistically we arent going to see a change in the coaching staff until the end of the season  |
