There was none for the GF ,what is the reason for this?

It looks so much better with markings all along the field,looks more professional,like for our GF we had sponsor marking plus every ten metres.Like when I was watching the game today they went above the stadium with the camera and from above the stadium looked bloody shocking there was no color it looked plain.This is the norm @ local venues aswell eh?


The sponsor of the RFL should've had there sponsor planted on the pitch since they're the one's pouring money into the league.I just think it looks a whole lot better anyway.

There was. I could clearly see the try line, the dead ball line, the half way line, the 10m, 20m, 30m and 40m lines, as well as the touch line clearly marked on the field.

All i can see is the lines and nothing else, the 10,20,30,40,weren't pasted on the field.

What if there were a 40-20 how would you know where he kicked it from .I'm just used to the numbers being on the field, atleast you know where he kicked it from lol.

So you complaint boils down to the pitch markings were there, but didn't look exactly the same as they do on the Manly pitch? Pretty parochial if you ask me.

Your pitch markings looks crap,plus you can't compare the manly pitch to any other, we're world class.

it's a soccer ground. Like the JJB, KC etc RL is 2nd fiddle and therefore doffs its cap to the soccer lords and does what they say!

He's pretending to be an australian.

They need as much help as they can get, numbers on the pitch, beer and tabs adverts everywhere, pretty colours to break up all that green - that sort of stuff.

It doesn't look more professional at all. It looks like little demented marketing folk have stolen the keys to the ground and run riot all over the pitch.

It might get you more money, but it definitely doesn't look more professional.

And in England we can count, so we just think "hmmm he's 5 lines away from the try line so that must be halfway!"
