As a matter of interest, does your employer tell you who you can meet up with outside of work?

As for Cockayne, he has been given far more chances than most. Its not simply breaching club discipline rules, but it usually results in police intervention / prosecution. He doesn't deserve a place on our game.

i think the quote above was meant as "why does HKR keep Cockayne at the club when he might be such a bad infleunce" - in that sense, it's a fair enough point - a case of who your employer employs to work with you.

The Hull KR management/coaching team are the ones who create the club culture simply by whom they have at the club and what is and isnt accepted.

Sure noone can tell Watts who he can and can't be around but KR by having Cockayne at the club doesn't really give the young lads a good example to follow, it's not just what happens on the field that counts the culture at a footie club is so important. You only have to look at the restrictions fergie placed on players when he first came to Man U and the influence Tony Smith has at Warrington, there must be clear guidelines of what you can and cannot do as a player.

Its not like Cockayne is even any good, is it? I can't beleive they can't find a better youngster in East Hull than that loser.
