That doesn't leave much room for Pat post 2011 as Hoffman should he decide to stay already has an extension ready to go.

So could next season be Pat’s last one with the club? He’ll only be 29 at the end of next season and I’m sure plenty of NRL and SL clubs will be taking a close look at the current MOS.

Irrespective of the quota, I think there's a fair chance Pat may move on at the end of the year especially now he's won the league with Wigan.

He'll have a number of tempting offers - probably including some from Union and the AFL / NFL.

IIRC he was the 10th best kicker in SL this year, % wise. He's nothing special with the boot.

He can boot a ball a fair distance though and with all NFL goals being straight on, his 'accuracy' shouldn't be that much of an issue.
