What about that lad at Barrow? English - international in fact - can kick 40-20s for fun, and a local lad I believe.

But with players rumoured to be leaving etc we may have room for another little un. Not too many massive stand offs around in the mould of Pryce, in general play our defence is pretty good so I think we could probably accommodate a weaker defender who can offer us some guile and craft in attack. We've played the whole year without a recognised stand off apart from when an under par Rooney was filling in so to be fair we're doing well to be where we are.

think we are talking to at least one out and out 6 but as with everything else they will have to juggle the finances when they find out whose going where. fingers crossed

Orr is a good call - I remember when he was Cas's talisman, plenty of experience.

Good call except hes very happy in London ... We are missing a stand off tho i doubt Rooney was the answer anyhow... We may look to the academy side next season in which a certain half back is playing rather well ...

Perhaps JK is looking at a 6 from down under, whether any of the better ones are available I don`t know, but watching a few NRL games there are a few pretty big 6s knocking around, and most of them are pretty good defenders.
