Fat Boy himself Nigel Wood was on TalkSport today saying that a club will definately go and one will be promoted. There minds are made up it's Wakey absolutly no doubt there. Saw Wood Lewis et al during week in the promotionto SL on local news when they were asked about our chances they were like politicians not answering the question and giving the standard reply...it makes you sick...i am all for the game getting bigger and stronger but at what cost. We as a club will lose fans for good when they demote us.

Child is just a shi-t ref. So wouldn't read anything into that. Play with a good ref against a matched team and then see what happens.

To be honest you're the logical selection anyway. Crusaders haven't been on the scene long, it'll look bad if they send Catalans down, Don't mean to annoy anyone here but in the competition, you're just there really.

To be fair, and as a qualified ref, he was doing was he was told to do by Cummings. They have all been told to clamp down on laying on at the ptb. Korki was penalised twice in three minutes at the start. We need to adjust our methods of getting off the tackle. We also need to take advantage of other teams not getting off in time, by trying to get up quicker ourselves. Technique needs to adjust to the rule changes/clamp downs.

There was no excuse though for Ganson giving the try where there was the most blatant double movement I have seen in a long time. I couldn't quite hear the commentary from Sky, but I need convincing of why that was a clear try.

As for conceding other tries, we need a full back to scuttle across quicker than what was happening today. A full back needs to be able to get across as 'last line of defence' and today we were guilty of not sliding our line across. We need to work on that.

As a neutral, although child was picky, he got just about ever decision correct, Kear needs to work hard on your discipline as that and Cas having Rangi Chase was the reason you lost last night.

If thats the case you'll see what you want to see all season, i did consider in the second half that Child seemed to find fault with us at every turn, but i saw that last season and the season before, so i dismissed it.
