Help explaine the tongan "off the quota" position please!
As in the willie mason situation getting a tongan passport so as to come off the quota as stated in the rugby press and HDM.
My question is why cant MOA and LAUAKI come off the F.C quota if they hold tongan passports?

I think because it might be bollox. They're non fed trained, as is Mason, surely.

Exactly it's total bollox, he'll still count as non-fed trained tongan passport or no tongan passport.

The Tongan passport could be to get around passport restrictions on knuckledraggers coming into the country.

With a Tongan passport under EEC regs they are exempt
