Since then you have sacked a successful coach and replaced him with a lesser man, we have players like Mc Donnel, Miller et al not playing, we signed Carvell, who plays infrequently (you have to ponder, if he's any good why didn't Wire keep him), I have followed Hull FC since the early 90's, you took away Sunday games so I can no longer attend. When Agar was sacked we should have outed every member of the coaching staff including Last. Ideally we should have tried to lose some of the long standing local players as well. A clean break. Gentle should have been allowed to bring in new staff with him and still be in post. McRae was AP's adviser and failed him miserably. The appointment of Radford and Last though is the biggest error because it just perpetuates the culture we've had for years that has failed us so badly.

If you want to change the whole culture and mentality of the club, its probably best not to employ to carry this out, the very people who have been part of that culture and mentality for the last 6 or 7 years.

Adam Pearson needs to bring in a new coach and allow that coach to bring in his own people. Only then will the club change.
